Iris Care is a boutique family owned and operated business inspired by our passion for equality and social justice. With over 30 years of combined experience in support work, disability, mental health, community justice and care. We offer a “jack of all trades” support service where no job is too big or too small with a wholistic approach to participant support.

Services we provide

Home Care Support

We provide all aspects of home care services including but not limited to personal care, meal preparation and all day-to day home living assistance.

Transport

Iris Care have a fully accessible Multivan fitted with a disability hoist and automatic lift ramp available to support participants with physical disability needs to access the community.

Cleaning and Home Maintenance

We provide various aspects of home maintenance including cleaning, lawn mowing and small handyman tasks.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery means being able to live a purposeful and meaningful life and a psychosocial recovery coach is trained to support you on your journey. The aim is to support you with a co-ordination of services, assist with your connection to family, friends and informal supports and enhance social participation.

Community Access and Respite

We provide an all-inclusive service supporting people to access the community in whatever way they need. We can support you with day-to-day tasks such as shopping and medical appointments but also provide excursions, day trips, holiday support and respites.
